We hire differently.
SoftHouse is a growing AI consultancy: small, high-impact, and working directly with enterprise clients on real problems. We look for people who already think the way we do, practical thinkers who have shipped something with AI rather than collected credentials. We are currently hiring for three roles.
Open roles
All roles are remote-friendly within Canada, with an Eastern time zone preference. To apply, email careers@shsadvisory.com with your resume and a short note about something relevant you have built or done.

How we hire
We look for practical thinkers who have already shipped something with AI. Not people who have completed a certification or attended a bootcamp, but people who have picked up a real problem, used AI tools to approach it, and produced something that works in the real world.
We are not credential collectors. A track record of good work matters more than the institution it came from. Curiosity about how things actually function matters more than familiarity with the current jargon.
Even if neither role above fits, reach out directly. Tell us what you have built, what problem it solved, and why the way we approach the work is interesting to you. We read everything that comes in.
What we are always interested in
Beyond the open roles above, there are profiles we are always glad to hear from:
AI Engineers
People who build with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and automation tools. Pragmatic about tooling, rigorous about reliability.
Delivery Leads
Experienced programme and delivery managers who understand how software actually ships inside real organisations.
Domain Experts
Practitioners with deep knowledge of our target verticals: financial services, healthcare, logistics, professional services, and related fields.
Advisors and Fractional Leaders
Senior executives with hands-on AI transformation experience who want to work on engagements rather than full-time roles.
