Two decades of building what matters.
SoftHouse was founded in 2003. Over the following two decades we delivered more than 300 projects across 8 countries and 9 industry verticals: financial services, healthcare, logistics, retail, professional services, government, media, education, and manufacturing. We have seen what makes software initiatives succeed and what makes them fail. We have seen that pattern enough times to build a practice around changing it.
Since 2022, our focus has shifted to AI transformation. Not because it is fashionable, but because the question we have always been asking, which is how do you get technology to actually work inside a real organisation, is now the central question of the AI era. The organisations that will benefit are those that build the capability internally. We help them do that and then leave.
Three principles. No exceptions.
Embed deeply.
We do not advise from a distance. We sit inside the organisation, alongside the people who will own the outcome. We understand the politics, the constraints, and the actual state of the systems before we recommend anything.
Transfer ownership.
Every piece of work we do is designed to be handed over. Documentation is written as we go. Processes are built for your team to run. Knowledge is transferred through collaboration, not at the end of the engagement.
Exit clean.
We plan the exit from day one. The goal is that our leaving is unremarkable, because nothing depends on us anymore. If you still need us after 18 months, something has gone wrong.
